Mackex Services delivered Level 2 ASP electrical service connection works across multiple stages of the Oran Park Village residential development in Sydney’s south-west growth corridor, providing HV reticulation and low-voltage consumer connections for hundreds of new residential lots.
Works included design and installation of underground HV reticulation cables from the Endeavour Energy network to on-site distribution substations, low-voltage mains installation to individual lots, and consumer service connections with metering. Mackex managed all Endeavour Energy network connection approvals and coordinated staged energisation of distribution substations to align with the development’s progressive lot release programme.
Delivering electrical infrastructure across a large master-planned community required meticulous staging to support a rolling construction programme. Coordinating multiple substation energisations across development stages, each requiring Endeavour Energy design approvals, civil substation construction, HV cable installation and LV mains works, demanded strong project management and documentation discipline. Working in active civil construction environments with shared trenches for water, sewer, gas and telco required careful sequencing.
